We also manufacture direct molds for special and prototype production, which helps reduce risks and costs during the prototype and testing phases. By using a direct mold, it is possible to make changes to the product’s shape, structure, or production method at lower costs even before the start of mass production. Additionally, a direct mold allows for more cost-effective small-batch production compared to traditional fiberglass production methods, while maintaining the product’s surface quality, shape, and durability.

We also provide mold maintenance and guidance for maintaining the condition of the molds.
